Two cases of papular hematolymphangioma located on the mammary region
Abstract：Two female patients both presented with papules on the left mammary region. The histopathology of the biopsy revealed epidermal hyperkeratosis, expansion of the lymphatic vessels, small vessels expansion and chronic inflammatory cell infiltration in the superficial dermis. The diagnosis of papular hematolymphangioma was made according to the clinical and histopathological manifestations. CO2laser treatment was given and no recurrence was observed for two years of follow-up.
