A case of primary cutaneous diffuse large B cell lymphoma-leg type on face
Abstract:An 82-year-old woman presented with a more than 1 month history of two red nodules on her face. There were no signs of systemic involvement. Histopathologic examination revealed lymphoid cell infiltration in the dermis, no epidermotropic phenomenon, infiltrating cells were mainly large cells, with positive staining for CD20, CD79a, Bcl-2, MUM1 and PAX-5, Ki-67(90%), and negative staining for CD10 and Bcl-6. The diagnosis was made as primary cutaneous diffuse large B cell lymphoma-leg type on face. The patient was treated with surgical excision and systemic chemotherapy.
