New exploration of the assessment content of the standardized training of dermatological residents
Abstract：Standardized resident training is the center of continuing medical education, which is an essential part of our endeavor to help young dermatologists to grow, and an important measure to ensure the overall high quality of our medical treatment for the long haul. However, the updating and development of medical level have requested us not only to improve the original requirements of dermatological resident training, but also to do more things, such as expanding the learning content, keeping pace with the time, paying attention to combine theory with practice in teaching, combining special inspections with differential diagnosis, and timely feedback and improvement.
