Abstract:A 34-year-old man presented with an asymptomatic cord-like swelling on the penis, which was noticed inadvertently one day ago.Dermatologic examination showed that there was a curved,earthworm-like,translucent swelling just above and partly encircling the coronal sulcus, approximately 3.0 cm long and 0.3 cm wide, which could slide subcutaneously and without adhesion to the skin and the surrounding soft tissue, with cartilage hardness and no tenderness. There were no palpable lymph nodes in the bilateral groins.Based on the characteristic clinical findings, the diagnosis of sclerosing lymphangitis of the penis was made.
