A case of stucco keratosis

Abstract：A 72-year-old female presented with multiple verrucous papules and scales on the both lower extremities for over five years.Histopathologic examination revealed epidermal hyperkeratosis,acanthosis,papillomatosis,and mild lymphocytic infiltration in the dermis.Diagnosis:stucco keratosis.The rash subsided gradually by topical applying of 0.025％ tretinoin cream in 1 month.
