Abstract:The patient is a 41-year-old female who presented with recurrent papules on the right cheek with itching for about eight years. The eruptions often resolved after fifteen days or so.The patient came to our out-patient department because of the recurrence of the eruptions.Dermatologic examination showed a swollen plaque on the right cheek, with pustular papules.Anatomic pathological examination revealed the characteristics of eosinophilic pustular folliculitis. The eruptions resolved after being treated with indomethacin, and there was no relapse for six months follow-up.
