A case of Henoch-Sch?nlein purpura involves the eyelids

Abstract:A case of Henoch-Sch?nlein purpura which involves eyelids is reported. A 16-year-old boy presented with purpura all over the whole body for 20 days, with abdominal pain, joint pain for 1 week. Dermatology examination revealed petechia and ecchymosis on the upper and lower eyelids, trunk and limbs, which were slightly higher than the skin surface. The purpura did not fade when it was pressed. Diagnosis: Henoch-Sch?nlein purpura (mixed).
