A case of stasis dermatitis complicated by eccrine poroma
Abstract:The patient presented with swelling and vascular tortuosity on the both lower extremity for more than 20 years,and ulceration and scab repeatedly on left ankle lateral skin for 3 years.Dermatology examination showed purple and brown pigmentation,and mung bean size erosions on the left ankle.Based on these clinical features and histopathological findings,the final diagnosis of coexistence of stasis dermatitis with eccrine poroma was determined.The patient received local excision and the wound healed well.
