A case of milia en plaque of two auricles
Abstract:A case of frostbite related milia en plaque is reported.The patient was a young male,presented with numerous tiny papules,scattered or grouped,distributed on two auricles.The lesions recurred in the winter and partially regressed in the summer spontaneously.In this paper,the literatures related to milia en plaque is reviewed.Frostbite is one of the main causes of this disease during adolescence.It is suggested that more attention should be paid to the cold protection of exposure site when a person from warmer areas gets into cold regions.
