A case of severe hydroavacciniforme
Abstract：A 17-year-old male presented with erythema and vesicle on the face,auricular and opisthenar for 15 years.Physical examination revealed white muddy localized on bulbar conjunctiva,esotropia,diminution of vision(left 0.1,right 0.5).The condition of skin showed atrophic scar and hypopigmentation localized on the face,auricular and opisthenar,punctiform or sheet,atrophic scar on the lower-lip,schistostoma minified,ankylosing,buckling and vicarious arthrosis on forefinger of two hands.Diagnosis:severe hydroavacciniforme.
