A case report of linear psoriasis
Abstract:A 42-year-old man presented with erythematous plaques covered by scales on his right forearm, with the symptoms of pruritus and pain for about 1 month. The plaques were arranged along Blaschko's lines. Two years ago, similar skin lesions had ever occurred on his neck. The histopathologic analysis of a skin biopsy in conjunction with the anamnesis confirmed the diagnosis of linear psoriasis. The patient showed a poorly clinical response to antipsoriatic treatment.
