The role of B lymphocyte in the pathogenesis of psoriasis

Abstract:Psoriasis is a kind of chronic inflammatory immune skin disease,which contains multigenetic defects and caused by a variety of factors such as trauma,infection,stress or drug stimuli.Keratinocytes and a variety of natural immune,acquired immune cells involve in the pathogenesis of the disease.While dysregulation of innate immune system and adaptive immune system mediated by T lymphocytes has been recognized as a critical event in the disorder,more and more researches show that B lymphocytes may also play an important role in the pathogenesis of psoriasis,which will be discussed in this review.
