Progress in the study of differentiation proteins in the skin barrier

Abstract：The skin barrier is the first protector against harmful environmental influences of the body,and its major function is depended on stratum corneum.Keratinocyte differentiation proteins in stratum corneum consist of filaggrin (FLG),involucrin (IVL),loricrin (LOR),transglutaminase keratinocyte (TGK),keratin 1(K1),keratin 10(K10) and so on.This review summarizes the progress in the study of these proteins in recent years.
