A case of acrodermatitis continua with serious disability

Abstract:A 28-year-old female patient,presented with repeated erythema and pustules as well as disability of the left hand for 14 years,with feet invasion for 1 year and generalized lesions for 2 months.Clinical examination showed fissured tongue,disability of the left hand,osteolysis of distal phalanges,infiltrated erythema and sterile pustules on the trunk and extremities.The patient was diagnosed as acrodermatitis continua and treated with ciclosporin and recombinant human tumor necrosis factor-α receptor Ⅱ:IgG Fc fusion protein.The patient's condition was alleviated by the treatment,and the generalized erythema and pustules regressed.
