Non-diabetic necrobiosis lipoidica: a case report

Abstract：A case of non-diabetic necrobiosis lipoidica was reported.The male patient was 37 years old,with anterior tibial nodules and plaques in the right leg for 13 years and aggravated for 1 year.The patient has no history of diabetes.Biopsy specimens revealed typical findings of necrobiosis lipoidica.The skin lesions gradually subsided after treating with oral cyclosporine combined with intradermal triamcinolone acetonide injection.There was no recurrence in 2 years follow-up.
