The value discussion of T-SPOT.TB in 11 cases of swimming pool granuloma
Abstract：Eleven cases of swimming pool granuloma what had record of pretherapy test results of T-SPOT.TB were collected.All the patients' CFP-10 results were positive (100％),8 of the 11 patients' ESAT-6 results were positive (72.7％).For the 7 clinical cured cases who retested T-SPOT.TB,5 patients' CFP-10 results(71.4％) and 4 patients' ESAT-6 results (57.1％) were still positive.The data suggested that T-SPOT.TB test would be significant for rapid diagnosis of swimming pool granuloma.
