Masson trichrome staining: tumor cells were dyed red, mixed with a small amount of collagen fibers stained with blue, α-SMA staining was positive, KP-1 staining was negative. Diagnosis: piloleiomyoma. The patient had no obvious symptoms, so only follow-up was given without any treatment.
