Perinatal outcomes of specific dermatoses of pregnancy: analysis of 95 cases
Abstract:Objective To study the perinatal outcomes of specific dermatoses of pregnancy(SDP). Methods The clinical data of 95 cases of SDP in Qinghai Red cross Hospital from 2010.1 to 2013.4 were retrospectively analyzed. Results Among the 95 patients, 52 cases were male fetus, 38 cases were female. Average fetal birth weight were (3.22±0.06)kg. Cesarean rate was 52.63%. Rate of precnancy complications was 31.58%. Rate of vicious state perinatal infants was 22.11%. These data of SDP group had significant difference compared with the control group. Conclusions The periatal outcomes of SDP in Qinghai province may be worse than non-SDP group, the average fetal birth weight was heavier, and with more pregnancy complications and vicious state perinatal infants. Additional clinical subtypes of SDP are required to be further monitored.
