Determination of varicella zoster virus genotype in a hospital in Beijing region
Abstract：Objective To detect the genotype of varicella zoster virus(VZV) genotype in 306 hospital in Beijing region. Methods VZV ORF22, ORF38, ORF54 gene sequence were detected by sequencing method. Results The results of gene analysis showed that the genotypes of the clinical isolates of 8 strains of VZV in Beijing region were J. There was a case of A-G mutation in the 37990 site of ORF22 fragement. Conclusion The genotype of the clinical isolates of VZV in 306 hospital in Beijing region was J. There was a case of A-G mutation in the 37990 site of ORF22 fragement.
