Clinical observation and nursing of mild to moderate acne treated with fruit acid skin peeler

Abstract:Objective To observe the clinical effect of 120 acne vulgaris patients treated with fruit acid skin peeler and explore the nursing points during the treatment. Method Atotal of 120 cases of acne vulgaris were classified according to the degree of severity. The clinical efficacy and adverse reactions were observed before and after the fruit acid skin peeler treatment, as well as the effect caused by the nursing measures used in the course of treatment. Result After fruit acid skin peeler treatment and a variety of nursing measures, the regression rate of skin lesions was 29%, 38%, 65%, 73% and 82% respectively, and the total effective rate was 78%, 89%, 95%, 100% and100% respectively, at 4, 8, 12, 16 and 20 weeks after the treatment course. The main adverse reactions were frost, burning sensation, tingling, erythema and pigmentation. Conclusion For mild to moderate acne patients, fruit acid skin peeler therapy is very effective. During the course of treatment, cooperated with a variety of nursing measures may significantly reduce the adverse reactions and greatly improve the efficiency of treatment.
