Intralesional injection of diprospan in treatment of Wells' syndrome: a case report

Abstract:A 61 years old female patient had been suffering from violet papula and plaque with pruritus for 1 year. The histopathologic assessment revealed that the epiderm was almost normal, however, there were many lymphocytes and eosinphils infiltrated in dermis, and the characteristic"flame figures" was observed. The diagnosis of Wells' syndrome (eosinophilic cellulitis) was given. After 3 times of intralesional injection of diprospan which was given once a month, the lesions regressed and did not relapse in the following 6 months.
