Abstract:A 56-year-old female patient presented with scattered papules for more than 2 months. Physical examination showed green bean to soybean-sized papules scattered on her face and limbs, with distinct border, slick appearance and medium hardness. The histopathology of a biopsy revealed the dermal infiltration of nests (nated tubercle) composed of collections of epitheloid histiocytes which were non-caseating epitheloid cell granulomas around by scanty lymphocytes. Diagnosis: papular type of sarcoidosis.
