Abstract：As one of the important skin appendage, nail has unique growth, development, structure and function characteristics. Based on its special position, nails are often influenced by genetic and environmental factors and present different patterns of change or lesions. Sometimes the characteristics of the nails' changes are helpful in the diagnosis and differential diagnosis of the nail disease, which is particularly important in the genetic skin disease, and this paper reviews the relevant contents about the theme.
