The experience of cultivating postgraduates for master degree of clinical medicine in dermatology and venereology
Abstract：The combination of postgraduate education in clinical medicine and standardized training of residents is a new teaching model, which means the changes of the needs in the clinic ability and research ability of the postgraduates. The clinic ability training of postgraduate should follow the standardized training of residents in Beijing area, and the research ability should be trained based on the medical treatment and scientiifc research.
