Abstract：Melanocyte cell culture provides a good model for the research of dermatological department and related departments, also for the development of beauty products. Today, there is a variety of melanocyte cell culture methods can be used. In the practical application, various additives may be added to meet the growth of the cells, and different influence can be seen when different additives to be used, so additives should be selected according to the different purposes.
