The research progress on the synergistic effect of traditional Chinese medicine monomer and antifungal drug
Abstract：With the increasing of the incidence of fungal infection and increasingly prominent of fungus resistance problem, the treatment of fungal infection has been becoming the focus of research at home and abroad. In recent years, the study found that a variety of traditional Chinese medicine monomers have antifungal activity and synergistic effect with the antifungal drugs currently used clinically. This paper reviewed the synergistic effect and its mechanism of antifungal drugs and traditional Chinese medicine monomers, such as alkaloids, phenols and lfavonoids.
