The efifcacy of ifre needling combined with adapalene ge1 in the treatment of mild-to-moderate acne
Abstract:Objective To analyze the efifcacy of ifre needling combined with Adapalene Ge1 in the treatment of mild-to-moderate acne. Methods Total 89 patients with mild-to-moderate acne were randomly divided into two groups, the treatment group (45 cases) and the control group (44 cases). The patients in the treatment group were treated with ifre needling once a week, for 4 weeks, besides external use of Adapalene gel once per night. The patients in the control group were applied Adapalene gel once per night, for 4 weeks. The clinical effects of the two groups were compared. Results After 3weeks of treatment, the skin lesion degree of ifre needling combined with Adapalene gel was evidently better than the Adapalene gel group and the difference had statistical signiifcance (P<0.05), the general effective rate of ifre needling combined with Adapalene gel was 95.56%, evidently higher than the Adapalene gel group, and the difference had statistical signiifcance (P<0.05). Conclusion The curative effect of treating mild-to-moderate acne by ifre needling combined with Adapalene gel is evidently better than Adapalene gel used individually, and this kind of treatment is safety and worth promoting in clinical practice.
