Advances in SAPHO syndrome

Abstract：SAPHO syndrome is a kind of rare chronic aseptic inlfammation characterized by synovitis, acne, pustulosis, hyperostosis and osteitis. The clinical features of SAPHO syndrome are diversiifed, and hyperostosis and osteitis are characteristic radiologic ifndings. Recently new biologic agents provide new choices for the treatment of SAPHO syndrome.
