Interpretation of UK national guidelines on the management of syphilis 2015

Abstract：Syphilis is a common sexually transmitted disease in dermatology. This paper brielfy interprets UK national guidelines on the management of syphilis 2015, especially in the serological diagnosis of syphilis;clinical features of neurosyphilis and interpretation of CSF serology;management in pregnancy when serological screening for syphilis is positive;management of congenital syphilis;recommended regimens for each stage of syphilis;follow-up and screening of other sexually transmitted diseases.
