Local skin lfap to repair postoperative skin defect of facial basal cell carcinoma

Abstract:ObjectiveTo explore the clinical effect of local skin lfap in repairing skin defect after resection of facial basal cell carcinoma. MethodsTotal 62 cases of basal cell carcinoma were executed general anesthesia or local anesthesia and skin expanding excision, then the wounds were repaired by all kinds of local skin lfap according to the size, site and depth of the defect. Finally, postoperative survival and appearance of skin lfap were valued.ResultsFor the all 62 cases of facial skin defect, the lfaps survived well and beautiful, achieved the ideal effect.ConclusionTo repair facial basal cell carcinoma postoperative skin defect by local skin lfap, the result is satisifed and the scar is not obvious.
