The efifcacy and safety of velvet lfeeting for treatment of dermatitis or eczema：a systematic Meta-analysis
Abstract：ObjectiveTo evaluate the efficacy and safety of velvet fleeting for treatment of dermatitis or eczema.MethodsThe studies involving randomized controlled trials (RCTs) or semi randomized trial were collected from the database, such as CBM disc, CNKI, VIP and Wan fang from the founded year to June 2015. After the necessary methodological quality evaluation of the selected studies, the statistical analysis was conducted by the software RevMan 5.2.ResultsTwenty eight eligible reports were identiifed in this study, including 3277 cases. The Meta-analysis results showed that velvet lfeeting in the treatment of dermatitis or eczema had higher total effectiveness and recovery than the usual cure group (P<0.01), which could increase recovery ratio [RR=1.85, 95%CI(1.50, 2.29),P<0.01] and total effective ratio [RR=1.39, 95%CI(1.24,1.56),P<0.01] and reduce the incidence of adverse reaction [RR=0.37, 95%CI(0.22,0.64), P<0.01].ConclusionThe velvet lfeeting shows deifnite curative effect in the treatment of dermatitis or eczema.
