Advances in the research of cutaneous squamous cell carcinoma

Abstract：In recent years, the incidence of cutaneous squamous cell carcinoma (CSCC) is still increasing. Because of marked diversity in clinical manifestations of CSCC, misdiagnosis of the disease often occurs. So, the epidemiology, etiology, pathogenesis, clinical manifestations, pathological manifestations, current management as well as prevention of CSCC are reviewed in this article, which may be beneficial to the early diagnosis, therapeutic options and prophylaxis of CSCC.
