Abstract:ObjectiveTo investigate theMycoplasma infection type and drug sensitivity analysis results of genitourinary tract in Xinjiang Kelamayi region, so as to provide the basis for clinical treatment and rational drug use. Methods Using Mycoplasma (Uu/Mh) cultivation drug susceptibility kits to isolate, identify and analyze the drug susceptibility of 203 cases of patients with Mycoplasma infection from May 2006 to May 2014.ResultsIn those patients, simpleMycoplasmaurealytium infection is highest (81.77%,166/203), simpleMycoplasma hominis infection is lowest (1.48%,3/203), the rest is Uu + Mh mixed infection (16.75%, 34/203).Mycoplasma drug sensitivity analysis showed that the simpleMycoplasma urealytium infection patients were sensitive to josamycin, minocycline, doxycyclinewith and tetracycline, while theMycoplasma hominis and mixed infected patients had generally lower susceptibility to antibiotics, but stronger sensitivity to josamycin, doxycycline in vitro.ConclusionFor the genitourinary tract Mycoplasma infection in Xinjiang Kelamayi region, ureaplasmaMycoplasma is the main pathogenic bacteria, josamycin, minocycline, doxycycline and tetracycline would be adopted to treat this kind of urinary tract infection.
