Abstract:The spectrum of CD30+cutaneous lymphoproliferative disorders (CD30+CLPDs) includes lymphomatoid papulosis (LYP), primary cutaneous anaplastic large-cell lymphoma (PCALCL) and borderline cases that represent the second most common types of CTCL after mycosis fungoides (MF) and comprise approximately 25%of all CTCL. Recent years, reifnement of histopathologic type, etiology research, abnormal lymphocyte apoptosis and abnormal gene expression provided new insights into the pathogenesis and therapy of CD30+CLPDs.
