The method for enhancing the enthusiasm and efifciency of the interns in traditional Chinese medical hospital

Abstract：Internship is a signiifcant stage for medical students, differing from learning in the university, in this period the students need more guidance from teachers. Stimulating the interns’ interest and the sense of accomplishment, training thinking ability, consolidating the basic knowledge of traditional Chinese medicine, combining of Chinese and western clinical pathology, and cultivating the ability to discover and solve problems are the important routes to enhance the enthusiasm and efifciency of the medical interns.
