Advances in research on immunology ofTreponema pallidum
Abstract：Syphilis is a chronic, systemic sexually transmitted disease. Owing to the dififculties ofTreponema pallidum cultivation in vitro, the related basic and clinical researches of syphilis are limited. With the development of molecular biology techniques, studies onTreponema pallidum have achieved great progress. This article provides a brief review in immunological advances ofTreponema pallidum nowadays.
