Abstract：Mammary and extramammary Paget’s disease is a kind of uncommon intraepithelial adenocarcinomas, which often characterized by erythema, inifltration, ulcers, eczema-like performance and so on. The expression of some proteins related to the disease and their signiifcance involved in the diagnosis, differential diagnosis, histologic origin and prognosis of MPD and EPD have been reviewed.
