FoxM1 expression in skin lesions of patients with psoriasis vulgaris
Abstract：ObjectiveTo study FoxM1 (forkhead box M1) expression in skin lesions To study FoxM1 (forkhead box M1) expression in skin lesions of patients with psoriasis vulgaris.MethodsImmunohistochemical method was adopted to analyze the FoxM1 expression in 30 cases of psoriasis vulgaris and 30 normal controls.ResultsFoxM1 expression level was low in normal control group, while signiifcantly higher in psoriasis vulgaris patients group (Z=-4.965,P=0.000,P<0.05).ConclusionFoxM1 may be related to the hyperplasia of keratinocytes in psoriasis vulgaris.
