Brief probe into dermatology clinical teachers' troop construction

Abstract：Clinical teaching of dermatology has given morphological teaching discipline a high-priority rating. How to deal with practical dififculties in the clinical teaching, improve clinical teachers' faculty and students' interest in practical learning, maximize the students’ master of professional knowledge and clinical skills is a problem we have to face in the new period of medical students' quality education. This article aims to analysis the problems of clinical dermatology teaching, and to explore the way to improve the teaching level from promoting teacher’s troop construction.
