Curative effect analysis of 595 nm pulsed dye laser in the treatment of infantile hemangioma

Abstract：Objective To investigate the curative effect of 595nm pulsed dye laser in the treatment of infantile true hemangioma. Methods Forty cases of infantile hemangioma were treated by 595nm pulsed dye laser, then the curative effect were evaluated. Results Among the 40 patients, six patients were given the treatment within three times, and the other 34 patients were given the treatment three times or more. Eighteen cases were cured (45%), signiifcant effective in 15 cases (37.5%), inefifciency 3 cases(7.5%), invalid 3 cases(7.5%), the total effective rate was 82.5%. Conclusion 595nm pulsed dye laser is effective and safe for the treatment of infantile hemangioma;which is worthy to be popularized in clinical.
