Combined detection of eight kinds of urine microprotein in SLE patients
Abstract:Objective To estimate the diagnostic value of combined detection of 8 kinds of urine microprotein for early renal damage in SLE patients. Methods Eight kinds of urine microprotein were detected by immunoturbidimetry in 81 urine samples from SLE patients whose renal function were normal, then the test results were analyzed qualitatively or semi-quantitatively in compare with 29 healthy controls. Results The positive rate and the content of IgGU, kapU, lamU,β2-Mg, mALBU,α1-MU, TrfU of SLE group were signiifcantly higher than the control group (P<0.05). However, there was no signiifcant difference of the positive rate and the content ofα2-MU between the two groups (P>0.05). The positive rate of combined detection of 8 kinds of urine microprotein was signiifcantly higher than separate detection. Conclusion Combined detection of 8 kinds of urine microprotein has positive significance for the diagnosis of early renal damage in SLE patients.
