Effect of speciifc immunotherapy with novo-helisen-depot for chronic eczema

Abstract：ObjectiveTo evaluate the efficacy of specific immunotherapy with novo-helisen-depot(NHD) for the treatment of chronic eczema.MethodsTo observe the efficacy of specific immunotherapy with NHD for the chronic eczema patients whose allergen tests were positive for dust mites, recurrent rate was observed for follow-up.ResultsThirty-one patients finished the treatment of one year in all cases, 3 cases were out of the treatment. After trentment, EASI(eczema area and severity index), pruritus scores and pharmacological score in these patients compared with pre-treatment were signiifcantly reduced (P<0.01), the recurrent rate was 12.90%for follow-up of 1 year.ConclusionSpeciifc immunotherapy with NHD has a certain value in patients with chronic eczema.
