Mental nursing inlfuence on the mental state of psoriasis patients
Abstract:Objective To investigate the psychologic character and nursing intervention of psoriasis patients. Methods A total of 160 inpatients with severe psoriasis from February 2006 to January 2011 in our department, their psychologic status were investigated with self-rating anxiety (SAS), self-rating depression (SDS) and symptom checklist 90 (SCL-90), and gave them to the psychological intervention in the speciifed time regularly. Rusults The 56.25%psoriasis inpatients had anxiety symptom, the 28.75%had depression symptom. After mental nursing intervention, The proportion of patients with depression decrease to 15.63%, patients with anxiety to 4.55%. Conclusion The effective psychological nursing intervention can signiifcantly reduced the rate of patients with depression anxiety, which favored for recovery of patient's physical and mental.
