Abstract：Objective To observe the clinical features and curative effect of arthritic, pustular and erythroderma psoriasis concurrent. Methods Clinical data of 11 cases of arthritic, pustular and erythroderma psoriasis concurrent was tidied and analysed. Results The systemic symptom is very serious in arthritic , pustular and erythroderma psoriasis concurrent, many laboratory abnormalities. Lesion severity, erythroderma, pustules and arthritis concurrent. Pustules distribution presents the ebb and flow of change symptoms of the affected arthritics, more heavy. Treatment of intractable should adopt comprehensive therapy. Conclusion Arthritic , pustular and erythroderma psoriasis concurrent is a severe form of expression of unstable psoriasis in speciifc stage. Appropriate comprehensive treatment can obtain good curative effect.
