Free middle temporal fascia graft for crow's feet removal
Abstract：Objective To evaluate the efifcacy of free middle temporal fascia graft for crow's feet removal. Methods According to the scope of temporal crow's feet, suitable sized middle temporal fascia was excised and then grafted into the wrinkled crow's feet region. Result Middle temporal fascia free grafting maximumly eliminated the crow's feet derived from orbicularis oculi muscle contraction, and there was no recurrence occurred during the 5-years of follow-up. Conclusion Middle temporal fascia free grafting could wipe out the crow's feet efifctively and sustainedly, which may be an ideal solution for the circumocular ageing skin problems.
