Intralesional management of basal cell carcinoma and cutaneous B-cell lymphoma

Abstract：Common cutaneous malignancies can be treated by intralesional agents. For the increasing requirements for the cosmetic outcome and the minimized side effects, surgery or systemic chemotherapy is no longer the preferred method in the treatment of some cutaneous malignancies. In recent years, local injection therapy of cutaneous malignancies has been highly concerned by clinicians. In this review, the indications, contraindications, clinical efifcacy and adverse reactions regarding the using of local injection therapy of basal cell carcinoma, cutaneous B-cell lymphoma are mainly discussed.
