Abstract：The skin barrier constitutes by the hydro-lipid film and a "brick-wall" structure. The abnormal skin barrier structure and function is associated with the etiology and the pathological process of a variety of skin diseases. The skin barrier function can be evaluated by many kinds of noninvasive detection methods.
