Successful treatment of a case of disseminated superifcial porokeratosis with the Q-switched 532 nm laser

Abstract：To report a case of disseminated superifcial porokeratosis treated successfully with the Q-switched 532nm laser. A case of 49-year-old female suffering from disseminated superifcial porokeratosis, one of the clinical types of porokeratosis of Mibelli, treated with Q-switched 532nm laser for twice. The clinical effects were evaluated by the improvement compared with prior treatment. The Q-switched 532nm laser therapy provided signiifcant improvement and no clinical recurrence was noted for 18 months follow-up.
