A case of accidental tattoos treated by electrocautery and Q-switched Nd:YAG laser
Abstract:A 21-year-old male patient got silica fume deposition in the skin of face and neck after explosive injury. After treated by electrocautery in order to remove the silica fume more than 0.5 mm in diameter, Nd:YAG laser (1064 nm) was used 2 times per 3 months. Satisfactory therapeutic effect was achieved.
