Observation of clinical effects of red ginseng peptide ionotherapy on facial sensitive skin
Abstract:Objective To study the clinical effects of red ginseng peptide ionotherapy on facial sensitive skin. Methods Thirty facial sensitive skin volunteers are randomly allocated into two groups. The treatment group (20 cases) received topical vitamin E cream and ionotherapy, and the controlled group (10 cases) received vitamin E cream. Results Questionnaires results revealed that red ginseng peptide ionotherapy on facial sensitive skin was effective(P<0.05). Complexion analysis system results showed that facial moisture, resilience and telangiectasia improved signiifcantly(P<0.05). Photoshop CS5 software results indicated that facial wrinkles, and pores got improved(P<0.05). The mean reduction rate of pigmented patches is 11.23%. Conclusion Red ginseng peptide ionotherapy can improve the female facial sensitive skin, and improve complexion to a certain extent.
